Music Port 2009

As I drove up to Bridlington today it became apparent they were a startling lack of petrol stations and we had not put any fuel in the car when setting off from Keighley just as I thought we were going to run out Fiona Katie noticed a illuminated sign in the distance and I managed to get the car onto the forecourt without running out. Once refuelled we beat a speedy journey onto Bridlington and found the venue Musicport quite quickly . Unfortunately they was not a great deal of disabled parking about for me but the lovely people at music port allowed me to park the car in the loading bay and even unloaded the harp for us and took it into the venue. Fiona Katie went off inside and I followed . .I was greeted by a huge and I mean a huge arena allsorts of performers were performing and numerous stages were set up all over the venue. I have to say the place was immacualtely clean and the staff were very helpful too.We parked the harp and went off for a wander on the beech I wanted to stretch my legs after the long journey and it was a ideal opportunity to test my camera on the beach and get some good shots. After I took some pictures we headed back to the venue and were made to feel like long lost relatives the staff were really friendly , we headed up to the stage area and Fiona Katie set up and the place quickly filled with a eager audience waiting to hear Fiona Katie perform which she did with her usual drive and enthusiasm.Afterwards I sold CDs on her behalf and actually ran out and many of the audience went home dissapointed (I can only apologise for that I never expected to sell so many). Fiona Katie and I left the venue and headed off into Scarborough where we had fish and chips and again spent some long overdue time together walking on the beach which made a perfect end to a very enjoyable day

its been a month

Well just over exactly since I published anything on this page so here we go. I have been busy assisting in the setting up of a Tour the "Spread the word Tour " Now starts in January commencing at the Wuthering Heights in Stanbury followed by , a performance in Bacup , then the Barearts Cafe Finally Fiona Katie will give the finasl performance of the tour in The Topic Folk Club in Bradford.

Fiona Katie will be assited by our Good Friend Andy Hill whom she met at the Rainhall Centre whilst she was on her last Tour "The Red and White Roses Tour".

Finally work has commenced on a new CD which I have some work to do on this evening the new CD "Alconden" wil;l hopefully be available for release over the next fortnight .

In addition to tyhis we face disruption at home as we are having a central heating system in . My health will not allow for us to have another cold winter such as we did before and it is with some comfort that I am grateful that a central heating system is been installed which might stop out toothpaste freezing .

I have yet to update the dates page but hope to do this later today with a bit of luck and a bit of time FK is busy teaching and has gone to fetch my tablets from the Doctors

festivals and weddings

Crikey it has been a whilse since I posted anything on here the reason is that our tenant left our barn conversion at the end of August after causing two thousand pounds worth of damage .
The property has been pain stakingly put back to what it was before the clows that rented it damaged it.

Fiona Katie performed last week with James Hutton there is a link on the video page for this but at the moment it is not working but I am hoping to put this back right tomorrow.

Fiona continues to amaze with her fantastic talent and she is getting busier and busier so if you are thinking of booking her do it now raqther than later.

Fiona katie will be playing at saltaire this weekend as part of the festival

I will try and post some photos on the site as soon as i have a minute

Sunday 6 September 2009

Folk night

F.K and I attended a folk night last Thursday evening up at earby it really was really enjoyable and FK played the harp and did a rendidtion of the Irish Jig always a favourite. Many thanks go out to Andy Hill a tremendous songwriter and compser who was kind enough to invite us along - cheers Andy.

F.K has been busy practising her performance with James her friend and Opera Singer this will take place this coming Friday at the cobbles and Clay in Haworth I am hoping it will be a good performance.

On Sunday F K will be playing at the Townley Hall Woodland festival a free event held every year - there are re-enactments , wild birds of prey and all sorts of activities going on throughout the day it is well worth going for a look

Monday 31 August 2009

1st of september

well it is september - Summer has gone dark nights have already started to draw in and the Summer we were promised has started to proove to be non existent.
I enjoyed going to a gig that Fiona was playing at on Sunday at the Rainhall centre in Barnoldswick I met one of Fk's former pupils who was also starring then I came across this fantastic song writer /folk singer Andy Hill who provided a interesting insight into folk music and was also funny with some of the stories he told.
Fiona had just returned from Alwick the day before so was quite tired from all the driving
I have managed to confirm Fiona a booking for another appearance at the Topic folk club in January and will be arranging other gigs as I come across places which will proove to be a suitable venue

Wednesday 12 August 2009

Updated Dates Page

Today I have updated the web page which has all the date information on it.
Many of you will see that this page has many concerts on it of which some are free to the public. I would urge you to go along and see Fiona Katie playing - You will be suprised of how good she is

Superb Functions

Fiona Katie performed in Manchester through a agency Superb Functions.com despite several attempts to get payment for the work she did this agency is in financial difficulty and does not have the Monies to pay her therefore it is with deep regret that with immediate effect Fiona Katie will no longer accept any work through the agency known as Superb Functions.

This Agency knew they were in financial difficulty yet continued to book artistes.
Although the agency was getting the money they were not passing it on. In my view this is theft and we will not deal with this company again.

It is always better to book Fiona Katie direct it works out cheaper for the client and proper contracts are drawn up.

We have had to contact the Musicians union regarding the above mentioned company and are now placing this matter in their hands

Grange over Sands

Katie is working in Grange over sands today at a wedding. I wish I had gone with her because she has sent me a text to tell me that it was lovely and warm and that she had even had a paddle in the sea.

Still it is a long drive back home and she sent me a text two hours ago to let me know she was on her way I do worry when she has to drive so far but I have been quite unwell over the last week and unfortunately a decision had to be made whether or not the journey would make me feel worse. I think it would have in all honesty

Tomorrow Katie is working in Oldham at a family Christening and then next week she is performing at a concert in aid of charity such diversity..

Fallen Angel

Katie had a nastyu fall this morning we were rushing home after I had been to see doctor Katie got out of the car slipped and landed on her back and cracked her head on the stone flags outside.

She managed to get up and had a hot bath she is a bit bruised but is ok and borrowed my TENS machine to ease the pain in her back .

She has had a busy day today teaching and Lucia my Daughter has called to say that her harp has broke a couple od strings so we have to retrieve that at some point and Katie is going to re-string it and get it into tune .

We have heard from Our Contact at Wycoller today and Katie is going to perform at Wycoller in August and also at some point in December..

Tuesday 16 June 2009

Dog Kennels and Harps

I realised today that I have a wonderfully talented wife , She was outside whilst I was laid on the settee unwell I could hear the Jigsaw going and after I had rested for a while I went to investigate to see that Kate had made the dog a kennel. Mac our dog is uitably impressed as am I and he has settled into it.
I really after congratulate Katie on her joinery skills (They are somewhat better than mine).

Katie Is now available for the 4th of July should anyone need her?

Katie will also be performing at a Local Eatery along with Opera Singer James Hutton. I will update the dates page shortly.

Sunday 14 June 2009

fallen statue

yesterday Kate played for a couple who had their wedding reception at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

Whilst we were their there was another wedding going on and things were getting a bit merry at that event. One chap decided to climb on to a statue which was about 7ft high and made of granite, next news a ambulance had to come as the statue came of its base and landed on the chap that had been swinging on it. I gather that the staue was worth ninety thousand pound as it was a highly collectable piece.

As for the chap I understand the weight of the statue broke his hip.

Wednesday 10 June 2009

I.P Logging

My Dad went home on MOnday after a short stay with us . I enjoyed his company tremendously. We have rested over the last couple of days as I have been unwell again. We bought some more wood today and i am hoping it will encourage katie to start making more harps, she played at Bradford cathedral on Saturday and will be playing at a wedding next Saturday in Birmingham.

Noticebly the weather has changed again and is grey and dreary so I have tried to concentrate on the odd job indoors rather than anything else

I have now made our computer record I.P addresses this is for security reasons.
Everything I write here and on my e petitions is public knowledge I am not ashamed of my beliefs and stand by them.

weddings, concerts and sinks

Yes I know the title of this blog is unusual but it is apt
Katie is playing in Appletree tomorrow and will probably have to set off early because the sun will play havoc with the harp.
meanwhile me and Dad continue to do battle with the bathroom sink which has the most bizarre plumbing we have ever seen.

Bacup Festival

We have had a very busy week I have not been at all well with my neck problems and Katie has been as busy as ever.

Last Friday she did a wedding at Hebden, then on Saturday she did the Bacup Wyrd festival up by the sacred standing stones.

On Sunday she performed in Saxton at a private function whilst she played I took my Daughters up to Scarborough

We have had a lot of enquiries this week and have tried to answer them all .

My Father whom I have not seen for six years arrives from Ireland tonight and is stopping with us for a while .

Harps and Sheep

We got the contract for Fiona Katie to play at Limetree Festival today. We are looking forward to that and I will publish details of when , where and directions of how to get there when I have a bit more time.

Tomorrow Fiona Katie is playing at a school and then this weekend we have a free weekend .

It is our intention to do something a bit light depending on whether my hip holds out or not we might go for a walk.

My daughters have managed to break yet another toilet and it is leaked through the ceiling so I have had to cut the water off for that one and will have to leave it until I feel a bit more like my old self

I have also moved all the lambs outside today for the first time they were frightened of going out hopefully they will get a bit more confidence over the next few days

Its been a while!

Fiona Katie has had to managed without my input over the last 3 weeks as I have been terribly ill and have not had the strength to do anything.
What started as a sniffle turned into something a bit more and I ended up going to bed and poor Kate (Fiona Katie) had to look after the animals , feed the hens, teach wash cook as well as perform .

Finally I today I have began to feel better and although my hip is hurting from Osteoporosis I think we are making headway today and tonight it is my final night at College and so ends another academic year for me for a few months which will give me more time to concentrate on "fighting for access rights to my son and assisting Katie.

In the meantime Katie has been making significant improvements to her harps, set up a recording studio so I am hoping that she will put things to one side and concentrate on recording a new CD.

I guess that about brings you up to date except to say watch out for details of festivals coming up on Kates date page many of them are free and those that are not free are well worth going to anyway.

Bikes / Pins / Harps and sheep

Well today has been a exciting day we got up early this morning Katie had a Doctors appointment and I had to go see my specialist. I got back about Lunch time and we had a we quick lunch before deciding to go on a bike ride with my daughters,
We had tackled this yesterday and my youngest daughter got in a bit of a tearful moos as she was fed up with the amount of hills. but alas today was a different story she stuck it out and cycled up the hill and loved coming back across the moors , she managed a good five miles and was ok till we got home and she fell off her bike at the bottom of the drive which was a bit of a worry because she had pins and screws put in her arm only 4 weeks ago.

Olivia went for a bath and meanwhile I decided that it was that time again to dip the sheep in order to get rid of the foot rot.
I am pleased to say that all in all the sheeps feet are showing definate signs of healing the embalming fluid stuff that I was told to use does seem to kill the bacteria off although it is a terrible job trying to get all the sheep through it and I have decided that next week I must devise a better way to dip the sheep rather than using a old bath!

All in all a good day katie has had a practice and I have finally started to enjoy myself and feel that I am unwinding

Sunday 12 April 2009

A Wedding in Helmsley

Today we drove up to Helmsley just outsidfe York and 30 miles from scarborough. Katie was performing at a wedding in the "Black Swan" So I had got up ealy this morning packed the bikes in the van , and off we set.
We made good time and arrived in Yorks a little after 12 then dropped Katie off and once we knew she was settled we parked up and decided to take a look around. It was not longbefore we spotted a free Mini bus to Duncombe house a stately home . I agreed with the girls we should go and have a look and thats just what we did,
After a quick look around Lucia and Olivia wanted there easter present so I gave them some money and we set off back to Helmsley where we promptly unloaded the bikes and set off in the direction of Pickering!.
A mile down the road and my youngest was out of breath and so we decided not to do the six miles but to just have a cycle down the road and then back.

It turns out our decision was a well balanced one as my peddle fell off and I had not got tools to put it back on and so I crawled back to the car park where I just had time to have a drink of tea from the flask before , Katie finished.

Poor Katie fancied a look around but I was in a hurry to get home and we were going to have a take away until we noticed all the local shops were closed !!!

After a quick tea I locked up our hens for the night and poor Kate totally wiped out went up to bed . All in all a busy day

Friday 10 April 2009

Easter

we have had quite a busy week Kate has been making more harps and converting some of her triple harps into quad hard with 4 sets of strings . She is playing at a wedding up near York on sunday I think me and my girls will be going with her to take the driving out of it and we will also have a look round whilst we are there.
I am in a bit of a quandry I wanted to send my son Jack that I do not see a Easter egg but missed the post not sure if I should send one now or just a letter afterwards I will have to have a think on that one.
I have managed to plant the wheat approximately 1/2 a tonne so far and this year I have flattened the land and deliberately compacted it in order to see if I get a better result I watched a local farmer do this last week and he has grown so much over the last few years he must be doing something right so I thought it would be worth a try.

Friday 3 April 2009

Concert this Sunday

Kate is performing with Eddie Lawler this Sunday at a Concert in Cowling if you would like information please ring us on 01535 642581

Wind turbines and recording decks

Last night we travelled over to Bolton and collected a new recording deck for Kate to try out ee have not had the chance to do it yet as today we decided to erect the wind turbing set it up, wire in the batteries and view a house and also take Kates car into the garage we got a lot done today and I have to admit to feeling slightly drained , tomorrows job is to do the side of the house and to finish some of the hen pens off . Kate is performing in Cowling on Sunday I do not think I will be going with her as I am a bit behind on my home work and I have not been sleeping too well of late either

Anyway enough about that watch this space for news of kates new cd which she will be starting tomorrow

Exciting times

Changes to the website

I have been told off today for not keeping on top of things and thought it was time I updated the blog with some interesting snippets of information. If you have logged in through the website you will see that the front end of the website has changed again. If you have not logged in through the website then go have a look now (http://www.tripleharps.com/) The picture was taken by me I am pleased to say just Yesterday on Penistone moor a place five minutes from our house. I took some other photos some of Kate standing on the edge of a rock which I quite liked I have decided that since I have not put pictures on for a while I will put small images on for you all to have a look at:- I will post some more later if I get the chance ..
In the meantime I had a lovely chat today with a Lady called Ann (without the E) such a charming Lady I felt unwell at the time when she actually called but she was such a lovely Woman by the time the call had finished I felt quite upbeat (Thanks Ann).
I have been asked if Fiona wants to appear at the bearded Festival which sounds quite different I think it would be good for us to go (Not sure if we have to wear false beards) It is been held in May I just feel it might clash with my Father coming over from Ireland I will have to check with him.

Folk clubs and festivals

KAte and I went to Bacup last Monday evening and we had a fab time at the folk club there, Kate played old favourites of mine and we met some great folk people and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of all concerned, then on tuesday night Kate was asked to play at the wuthering at Stanbury for st pats night.
Again we had a great time and we were made to feel most welcome.
kate finally seems to be getting recognition for the instruments she designs and builds and plays and more and more people are showing a interest in her work.
She has been asked to play at the Limetree festival this year and we are looking forward to that .
This coming saturday she will be in Grimsby

Sunday 15 March 2009

Harps and Camera's

I am now on well with the new website for tripleharps.com and this will be showcased in about 8 weeks time if all goes to plan. Many of you have told me that you like the existing layout and indeed it does work well but the website has been cobbled together using microsoftword , a bit of publisher amongst other programs and I would dearly like to have the website designed and published with one program which is why I have been at college since September so have a look out for the new site.

Meanwhile - Disaster struck at home , whilst I was out the other evening Fiona decided to shoot a video with the new camera I bought her and whilst setting up dropped the camera . I returned home to find (Katie) Fiona in tears and camera beyond repair.

On a brighter note business is picking up and Fiona is playing at the BAcup Folk Club on Monday evening. Some of you may recall she played there just after christmas and the snow came down so bad on the night that the gig had to be cancelled

March and a busy week

Wow March all ready time flies by so quickly .
My first set of spark plugs arrived on friday I am waiting for another set as I feel it is only right to keep a set in stock. I had a great deal of trouble setting the tractor back up it seems to lack power still but at least it is running thankfully hopefull I can now get the tyre repaired and get my other tractor out of the Mud.
I have a busy week ahead 3 times I am going to after be out tomorrow , then I am at doctors on Tuesday, Computer shop Tuesday afternoon.
Wednesday I am at Doctors again, then at the vets in the afternoon before been at college on wednesday night.
On Thursday I have got to collect the back of a BT van from near my mothers , I have friday free and on saturday I am supposed to be going to Nottingham with Kate as I said busy week ahead.
As this blog is not really for me I guess I should say that in between times I have got to help katie make a video as I have been promising to do this for ages

Thursday 26 February 2009

Long time no news

Yes I know I promised to keep the blog up to date but I have not had a single minute to myself over the last week. It all started with woodworm in the barn I bought a compressor to spray the chemicals and the compressor packed in so I got it exchanged only to have the samething happen with the second then I realised it was not the compressor it did not have a fault it was me that had actually turned it off on the spray gun . Spraying the barn took 2 days and 25 lite of fluid. Then this morning finally my tractor parts for my grey fergie arrived pleased as punch was I until I got a phone call from our Albert (son) telling us that gates had been stolen in the night off some property we rent out leaving a sixteen foot opening. Katie and I travelled to Bradford to inspect the property I ended up building a wall with breeze blocks to stop illegal tipping etc on the land.
I have not eaten properly at all today and tomorrow I am going to hospital for a new implant fitting.

I will of course try and update this page with more relevant news tomorrow (If I get the chance)

Folk Clubs, Schools and Tractors

Yesterday I spent several hours contacting all the folk clubs that I could find on the internet with a view to Kate performing there.

I was quite suprised how many they actually was , but was more suprised to learn that only 22 of them had a actual address to write to. As I am doing a advanced course on website design I am shocled at this how are people actually supposed to find these places?

Some of them have elaborate email systems and others just saw we meet at the pub first thursday in every month but it does not say where the pub is, what time the venue starts or anything shocking stuff really. Folk clubs if your reading this put your address on your websites!!!

I also contacted a load of schools yesterday morning , ordered some sand (which I am waiting for to arrive) and collected tractor parts from Skipton. PV Dobsons actually on the Snaygill Industrial estate. now the reason I mention this company ios becuase I ordered my parts last week , I was promised them next day they actually took 3 days , I had to case them up then I was supplied with wrong parts and not only that the girl in the shop tried to short change me by a tenner -My advice Stick to buying off the internet and avoid this tractor part dealer at all costs.....

Finally I managed to get the door off my old tractor and have welded it together now I am trying to devise a way of getting the glass in stuff fell out why cant it just pop back in.

Found a website created on my space for kate very good but we do not know who has created it - we need to rectify this as soon as possible but at least she has a myspace website and the good news is it saves me a job!!

Thursday 19 February 2009

Harps , Tractors and Chickens

I am not one to normally talk about the weather but I cannot believe the changes that we are having. It has become quite cold again today and I have sat at the computer for just over an hour now sorting out Kate's marketing material and then I had to ring the tractor company who promised me my tractor parts for my Grey Ferguson on Monday only to be told they still have not received them .

The difference in temperature is that today I am finding it difficult to move and my circulation is bad where as on Tuesday just gone I was outside gardening and concreating the new base for my chicken house.

Kate had lunch with her Mum yesterday, I decided to do the same and went with mine , we travelled over to Otley where mum insisted in going in every charity shop in the place , eventually I told her I had had my fill and needed to get back home.

Oh well today is another day a visit to skipton this afternoon may be called for and more work on the marketing material I have posted a picture of the sort of thing I am doing - More later

Monday Blues

Well it is Monday and this morning I awoke with slight panic in my heart as I remembered I had left the sheep out all night
Then after hurriedly getting dressed I ran downstairs out of the door and up to the fields to see all the sheep outside perfectly happy they just took a look at me as if to say thank god you left us out for once.

This afternoon we dropped down into Keighley Town centre I bought Katie a new camera and video tape recorder so that I could do some more videos for the site. I bought myself a magazine , a car tax disc holder, and that was about it
Katie is on with making tea , as I write this and my daughters Lucia and Olivia are drawing on the table and they are very quiet

NO pictures today sadly but maybe more tomorrow

Valentines Day Wedding

It was Valentines Day and Katie performed at a wedding down in Liverpool , we set off early and found the church quite easily as I know Liverpool reasonably well.
We dropped the harp off and I went for a spot of lunch at the local Supermarket well proceedings got under way
After the Church service I drove Katie up to a local Restaurant which had a permanent Marquee attached to it specifically for weddings ,Was a nice venue and I did a quick sound check on the harp before retreating to the car park to sit in the car and read my newspaper.
We finally arrived back in the wilderness at around 6pm I ordered a Pizza and we set off out for a drive , a few drinks later we got back to the house suitably refreshed and went to bed as we were absolutely worn out.
Today Katie is making a new bag for the harps. And I am going to clip the sheep. I will update the blog again in the next few days.

The Ridings Shopping Centre

Yesterday Fiona Katie performed at the Ridings centre.

It has to be said that they have the most interesting car parks I have ever come across and we ended up having to go up two floors to get down to level two through another door no easy task carrying a harp a mixing deck a mic and a amplifier but we managed and I am sure it was just us that managed to get completely lost.

Anyway the gig went well it was quite hot in the centre , (notice Katies pinks face ha ha) The Lady Moyoress opened up the new lifts that were in operation and generally it all went well apart from the sockets for the amp been 7ft in the air attached to the pillars .

Today Kate is teaching 2 pupils whom are at a intermediate stage and tomorrow we are in Liverpool for a Valentines wedding . I will try and get some photos then but , it is always difficult getting photos as not everyone likes their picture taking , Yesterday it took 47 pictures just to get the one that appears

Ridings Wakefield

Today we are travelling up to Wakefield , Fiona Katie has been asked to play at the opening of the new centre which has just had a awful lot of money spent on it to improve it. We have been asked to park at the car park , funny thing is I do not recall a car park but that is probably becuase I did not used to go in that much . We will be having a early lunch and setting off to allow us plenty of time to get there. It has started snowing outside again.

The event will be a ideal opportunity to try out the new Microphone and also get some publicity photographs for use on the website.

In amongst other jobs I have got to check the car over tomorrow as we are going to Liverpool on Saturday for a Valentines day wedding ceremony . I do hope the weather is warmer then the cold gets into Kate's fingers and it has to be said she is just so professional she just carries on playing regardless how she does it I do not know.

I am finding it easierr to up date the news feed now using this new site many of you will recall that I used to have several months blog on my pages then the whole site would dissapear as it became chock a block.

Anyway must go put the camera on charge.

This evening I am at my Daughters school she has done ever so well in her school report I am dead proud .

Snow and Lessons

Yesterday morning I was back at the Doctors, nothing new there hten and last night I was at College , furthering my knowledge of website design . The plan is to set up a new company in May this year but first I have got to pass the exam and when I got home last night it appeared a mouse had chewed through my computer cable.
A trip to my Step Dads house was required and I finally got back just after midnight with adaptor mended but too tired to do much I answered a few emails and then went up to bed.

Meanwhile Katie told me she had , had a night of a few phone calls one Lady seemingly thought I actually played the Harp -Nope I definately do not I have my own personal harp player no need to play myself not that I would be very good with all those strings anyway I do not have the patience either but for those aspiring to play the harp Katie does actually teach and enquiries can be directed to her on 01535 642581 . The best bit been is she also hires out harps so you do not have to go to the expense of bying your own just to have a go and then find out it is not for you and that your stuck with a very expensive instrument.

Plan for this morning is to go to Town buy some ink for printer, do recycling, get back and I have a load of letters to write including one to my son I have not wrote since Christmas whoops...

Katie is teaching 4 pupils this afternoon individually so better had get a move on

New News Page

Hi there it has been a while since I updated the news page so here I am hard back at it.The New Year got off to a interesting start with Fiona attracting quite a few booking for concerts and Gigs. The first been at Bacup football club some three weeks back now we set off on our way in the car and arrived in good time. When we got to Bacup it was a white out thick of snow which was odd as we had not had any snow at that point., needless to say the event was cancelled till March hopefully the weather will have improved significantly by then.
Then the snow came down thick and fast again and we were unable to get out of the farm a Tractor and a JCB both stuck fast in the thick snow.It all made for a interesting day though

After a morning clearing snow which had been compacted down by the man in his 4 wheel drive next door we managed to get out skidding , and sliding in the end I used the Landrover and engaged 4 wheel Drive and thought well if you cannot beat them join them.

Kate (Fiona Katie) meanwhile prepared to do a event at a local hotal a private party seemingly 30 people invited 15 turned up ironically the 15 that turned up were from abroad makes you wonder how much people use the snow as a excuse when the roads are actually clear . If I had been the host of the party I would have been most annoyed.

Sunday came (8th February) and yet another concert cancelled due to bad weather .
Goodness I thought what are things coming to what happened to the good old day when we used to screw a piece of board to a length of 2 x 1 and make a snow shovel and then drive out . it seems we have forgotten what bad weather is. We have become a nation of fair weather drivers so to speak.

Thankfully we spent the day out and had a lovely time finally arriving home after eating at the Pizza hut we tried out Katies new Microphone before sipping hot Cocoa and going to bed..
